Is there a deposit when booking my reservation?

Yes.  A 50% deposit is required upon booking, while the other 50% is paid upon arrival at The Beatrice Hunter’s Retreat.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but if you must cancel your reservation we will work with you to apply your deposit to a different date in the future if need be.
